A Coruña

From most places you have to fly through Madrid on your way to/from A Coruña. In A Coruña, there is a bus going from downtown to the airport, you can also take taxi, it takes approximately fifteen minutes. The harbor is in the city center, close to the Old Town.

You can also take the train to Santiago de Compostela. The train takes less than an hour. Ryanair, among others, are flying from Santiago.

Lisbon

There are several airlines offering direct flights to and from Lisbon.

When you have arrived, it is about 15 minutes by bus or taxi to the city center and harbor.

We are sailing southwards along the beautiful coast of northern Spain and Portugal towards Lisbon, the charming Capital of Portugal. After one day’s sailing from A Coruña, we plan to anchorage in the Parque Nacional de las Islas Atlánticas (National Park of the Atlantic Islands), 120 nautic miles south of A Coruña, just in the mouth of Ría de Vigo. The crew can disembark by tenders, go to the beaches, swim, walk for the paths in the islands and enjoy the national park and the sunny end of the summer in Spain. After this lovely stopover, we continue against charming Lisbon, Portugal’s capital.
